THE Seavington Community Store and Café is showcasing local artists as part of a regular attraction.
The community venture, continuing its bi-monthly exhibition series to promote local artists and craft-workers, will welcome Clive Pallot, a potter from South Petherton, and Gemma Hibbs, a painter and print-maker based near Bridport.
Volunteer Jo Mills said: “We are proud to be attracting really talented artists to our village.
West Dorset might not seem local but, like the local food initiative, we have set ourselves a catchment area which encompasses a radius of 30 miles from the shop.”
The store is open 8.30am- 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm Saturday.
To volunteer or ask about exhibiting, either visit in person or call 01460-249730.
