THE South-West is on course to have its driest September since records began in 1910.
Provisional figures released by the Met Office today (September 30) show the UK is course for its driest September...and South Somerset has been one of the driest parts of the country.
A fifth of the normal level of rain has fallen around the UK - just 19.4mm.
But enjoy it while you can as forecasters warn autumnal conditions will move in later in the week with cooler, wetter and windier weather expected.
