South Petherton 89 homes plan
PLANNERS are considering proposals for 89 homes in South Petherton, including 31 classed as affordable housing.
Persimmon Homes South-West wants to build the properties, ranging from single-bed maisonettes to five-bed houses, at Hams Ground, St Michael’s Gardens, near the Farley Fields development where it is building 49 homes.
