Fire teams rescue child trapped in car in Chard
A child was rescued from a car in Chard this afternoon (June 14).
A Fire Engine from Chard attended the incident in Symes Close at 4.54pm where an 18 month old child had become locked inside a car.
The child was safely released from the vehicle by the crew using small tools.
