MP Dominic Grieve visited Wigborough Manor in South Petherton last week.
Mr Grieve gave a talk about his career as a barrister, Queen’s Counsel and member of the Privy Council to members and supporters of the Yeovil Constituency Conservative Association.
He has been Attorney General since 2010.
In his speech to the YCCA members, Mr Grieve said he was optimistic about the future for Britain, and its ability to have a positive influence on democratic law further afield.
