MEMBERS of the public are being urged to be vigilant for photographic equipment which may be offered at a bargain price.
A camera and lenses have been taken in a burglary in the Chard area and it is possible the suspect may now try to sell the items.
A property in West Street, Stoke-sub-Hamdon was broken into overnight between Tuesday, February 25 and Wednesday, February 26.
A Nikon D700 digital camera was taken along with five lenses.
Police are urging members of the public to be vigilant and would also like second hand shops being offered a camera and lenses to contact them.
Anyone able to help is asked to contact Chard police station on the force number 101 quoting reference 19965/14.
