Innovative scheme for Chard shops ahead of Christmas
SHOPS in Chard are taking part in an innovative scheme the town team is sponsoring in the first two weeks of December.
Customers who spend more than £10 get a raffle ticket, with prizes to be drawn on December 14 – at the same time as the Christmas raffle drawn by Mayor Cllr Jenny Kenton – in the Guildhall foyer.
First prize is £30 and second and third prizes are £25, in the form of vouchers which can be spent in the shops taking part.
