If your thinking of going on bank word of warning they keep changing their mind when they will pay new bank staff and it could be months before you get paid.

I know someone who worked for them from feb and they have changed their minds and not informed anyone or changed the contract of employment. Now instead of getting paid after completing a number of shadow shifts they are now withholding money until you have completed 70 hours of shifts outside of training and shadow shifts! someone I know found to their horror.

They may have cash flow problems I am not sure but I know they have over spent on the new building and so its has been scaled back. Also I am told that when the surgical staff are transferred they will not be keeping their roles and so there will be a time of upset for many.
