GOVERNORS at Greenfylde First School in Ilminster are looking to see what can be done to alleviate car parking problems around the school at the start and end of each day.
Head teacher John Jeffery said he received ‘from time to time’ complaints from neighbours about bad parking by parents when dropping off and picking up children from school.
“The governors recently discussed this at length and are looking to see what they may do to help the situation,” he said. “In the meantime, however, please be considerate of others and, most importantly, think about the safety of children and pedestrians.”
