Queen's Badge for Chard BB members

TWO members of 2nd Chard Boys’ Brigade have been awarded the Queen’s Badge – the organisation’s highest accolade.
Alexander Billing and Richard Boxell received the honour from Brian Bushell, life president of 1st Deddington Boys’ Brigade.
Captain Mary Denslow, of 2nd Chard Boys’ Brigade, said: “Richard and Alex have spent the last two years working towards their Queen’s Badge which involved them attending residential courses, orienteering on Exmoor|and carrying out voluntary work.
“We would like to congratulate both on gaining this excellent achievement.”
