Daffs get earlier every year!
EVIDENCE that the climate is changing is provided by this photo sent in by Chard town councillor Garry Shortland.
He is pictured at the Minnows car park in the town earlier this month - before the snow - with daffodils which have already bloomed. Native British daffodils traditionally bloom in February.
“The daffs seem to come out earlier each year,” Cllr Shortland said.
