Cider with Rosie at The David Hall
BRISTOL Old Vic Theatre School presents Cider With Rosie at The David Hall, South Petherton, tonight (Tuesday).
The classic childhood story is set in the summer of 1918 when a young Laurie Lee is sent to a new home in a Cotswold village.
It is a child's paradise until Laurie meets Cabbage Stump Charlie, Jones' Goat and the tantalising temptation of supping cider with Rosie Burdock.
Nick Darke's dramatic and humorous stage adaptation brings to life a heart-warming tale performed by an ensemble cast.
The performance starts at 8pm and tickets cost £10 full price, £9 for concessions.
For tickets contact the box office 01460-240340 or follow the link below.
