A CHARD café bar and bistro is offering people the chance to spoil their loved one this Valentine’s Day.
The Gallery on Holyrood Street will be providing a four course dinner with entertainment by a capella barber shop quartet Street Wise from Saturday, February 11, to Tuesday, February 14.
