VISITORS to the Meeting House Arts Centre in Ilminster can get up close and personal with Africa’s rarest and most endangered wildlife in a new exhibition.
Primates of Cameroon features stunning photographs of gorillas, chimpanzees and monkeys taken by artist and environmentalist Jane Leakey.
The unique exhibition offers an incredible insight into the jungle and its inhabitants, from the multicoloured mandrill to the majestic western lowland gorilla.
Jane will chat about her time spent volunteering at Limbe Wildlife Centre in Cameroon at an art talk on Friday, July 17.
The talk starts at 7pm and tickets cost £2, including refreshments.
The exhibition is open Monday to Friday 9.30pm to 4.30pm and 10am to 2.30pm on Saturday until July 30.
Entry is free.
