TWEEDLE DUM, Tweedle Dee, the Mad Hatter and the White Rabbit join Alice on stage in Tatworth Amateur Pantomime Society’s show, Alice in Wonderland.

The amateur dramatists’ 30th production runs at Tatworth Memorial Hall today (Thursday) until Saturday.

Lesley Speed plays ‘curious’ heroine Alice, heading a cast including the clock-watching rabbit (Natalie Diamond), the good Prince Valentino (Katie Gaylard), the always-grinning Cheshire Cat (Robert Hilton), along with the big, bad Queen of Hearts (Angie Davies) and the snobby Princess Incontinenta (Debbie Hilton).

That’s not forgetting the Voice of the Jewel (Rosie Bolton), Executioner (Jackie Legg), the Mummy (Ken Wakelin) and the hearty chorus.

The panto is on 7.30pm nightly with a matinee on Saturday at 2.30pm.

Tickets cost £5 adults (£4 concessions) and £15 for a family of two adults and two children.

They are available from South Chard Post Office, Herberts Stores in Tatworth and Kenny’s Hairdressers in Chard.
