MONKTON Tim Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 30th October 2017 aged 63 years. A much loved husband and father who will be very sadly missed by so many people. Funeral service will take place on Thursday 9th November 2017 at Yeovil Crematorium at 4pm. No formal attire to be worn. No flowers by request but donations in memory of Tim for Musgrove Park Hospital ITU and League of Friends may be sent c/o A J Wakely & Sons, 7 West St, Ilminster TA19 9AA
