Abbott Esme (Es) peacefully on 23rd August 2015 in Chard Hospital of Shepton Beauchamp. Aged 83 years. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 4th September at Yeovil Crematorium at 2.00pm.
