Layzell Gwen née Stooks peacefully on 14 December 2014 in Horton Cross Nursing Home of Horton. Aged 99 years. Dearly loved Mum, Nan and Great Grandma. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 23 December at Taunton Deane Crematorium at 11.00 am.
