Chapman Chris, aged 67 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday 23rd July 2014 at St. Margaret’s Hospice, Taunton, after a long illness. He will be greatly missed by his wife Sue, mum Betty, daughters Lucy and Hannah, grandchildren Bobby, Jack and Alfie, his brother Colin, son-in-law Alex, and all his family and friends. Funeral service takes place at Yeovil Crematorium on Wednesday 6th August at 12.00 noon. By Chris’s request, please wear something colourful. Family flowers only please but donations in Chris’s memory are invited in aid of St. Margaret’s Hospice and may be left after the service or sent c/o G H Cook & Son, 8-11 Bond Street, Yeovil, BA20 1PE.
