Bates Eileen Dorothy, wife of the late William (Bill) Bates and mother of David and Janet, died peacefully at home in Chard on Sunday 30th March 2014. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Sedgemoor Ward, Musgrove Park Hospital, and the District nurses in Chard for helping in Eileen’s wishes to return home for her last few days. Funeral service to take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Thursday 3rd April 2014 at 1.30pm. Floral tributes may be given at the service or sent c/o B.
